Just because it's a nice body kit, it doesn't mean it's not still a saxo underneath...

I'm not saying I don't like them, some are lovely.  But it's so uncool. Imagine.

I totally accept that new guitars pretending to be vintage guitars are (mostly) very desirable.

But how can they possibly be cool? Does logic not suggest the exact opposite?

Disagree. I know my Gilmour Relic and R9 are not cool. Great guitars, but uncool.

It's an  AVRI Thin Skin. Easily the most I have spent on a guitar, but I don't regret it for a second.

I have seen a Daphne Blue MIJ on eBay recently for almost as much as I paid for my Thin Skin!

@Gassage - you think they are uncool, others may not.....very much like Top Gear's Cool Wall, its a matter of personal opinion....

There may be some uncool stuff in this old photo of my gear room / guitar shoppe... but added together I think the effect is colder than a witches tit,

... except the rug of course that is very un-cool!
