  • i recently bagged an orange micro terror and i can't fault it plus it sounds just as good in my 4x12 which is handy when i can't be chewed lugging gear around to practice rooms!

For a low budget 2x12 the Harley Benton Vintage 30 cab is very tough to beat.  http://www.thomann.de/gb/harley_benton_g212_vintage.htm

They also make a 1x12 but I have no experience with it http://www.thomann.de/gb/harley_benton_g112vintage.htm

What tones are you looking for amp wise?

Used Blackstar HT1/R or HT5/R would have line in and headphone socket and shouldn't be too expensive.  Through V30s the HT1 is loud enough for home, you won't get a very loud clean but it'd be loud enough for home playing providing you don't play really loud at home.  The HT5 would be plenty loud on clean or overdrive channels.  I'm not sure what other amps have those features.
Ditto. Used to have the Blackstar ht1r head. Awesome for home use. I had it going through a cornford 2x12 cab with v30s. Loved it.

I have a BS HT-1R combo and am pretty happy with. Wished I had bought the head instead though, as the 8 inch speaker sounds too boxy. Headphone socket and line in have worked great for me over the past 3 years

Doesn't have the line in but the VHT Special 6 is a much better sounding amp than the Blackstar HT5.  Sold my HT5 long ago.
