To be honest, @Heartfeltdawn has done more work than I have.

eBay tends to be a shit-show for sellers; I personally wouldn't use it at all unless I was absolutely desperate. It's almost like they've decided that sellers are the enemy and buyers are to be protected at all costs and beyond reason. The ridiculous part is that sellers are their paying customers, whereas they make no money directly from buyers at all.

Just FYI, I happen to know that one of our members (I'm not sure if he wants to be identified publicly) is taking Collingridge to court. If it goes the way I expect it will, then pretty soon the answer to whether the word "scammer" can be used to apply to him will be in the public record.

To be honest, I don't think the police will, although I honestly wish they would.  

They had actual hard evidence against him at one point and they didn't do anything about it. He lied to them and got away with it. 

Just think JC roams a free man and there is a chance you will get 10 years for using a Kodi box.

The seller has apparently posted the item to me. One mistake is to set his posting times to be very quick. If it doesn't arrive today, then I get to file my INR over the weekend. The seller still has my personal account blocked but has not blocked my business account yet.
