Trying to learn RHCP's Under the Bridge at the moment. Very satisfying when the bit I'm working on comes together but very frustrating when it doesn't. Satisfaction to frustration ratio currently at about 1:5.

I don't think you can really beat early Dokken or Ratt licks and improvised Lynch/Demartini-esque solos all in all.  Easy and really satisfying.
