As the owner of a 71 princeton and a carr sportsman, you could usefully have a look at the Sportsman ad in this section. The Sportsman is like a princeton but a little warmer and way more flexible.

Thanks for ideas guys. I'm looking at a 'Blur Flower' one at the moment. Not sure why, but it's taking my fancy. Sure I'll find it tedious after a wee while though.

@chiliwailer is selling one now, no affiliation but I preferred the 68 custom to the 65 blackface reissue

Properly lovely sounding home practice amp. I'd have it but, on balance, i kinda need a rawk channel.

Yes I can vouch for that as I've got the 12" speaker version. Great amp. It was nearly sold this week as another amp came up that I wanted but it sold quickly. Kind of glad I kept it now 'cos it is rather nice
