It's an amazing pizza topping too- that's what I'm having for tea.

Ha! Must be a scouse thing, I do the same but never told anyone about it, 'specially the missus!

Probably, but it's the nicest of nice. Then again I love offal too, roast hearts are my favourite. I once taught the missus how to roast them, I said "make sure you get the oil into the valves" she looked at the raw hearts and chucked up everywhere.

Haha hearts are the nicest meat there is, it's like that bit of muscle you get on a leg of lamb. I'm actually starving now!

My lovely mum is Scottish , can remember the clan getting together eating and drinking all sorts of good shit on Burns Night.
