What guitar models would you like re-introduced...

I got thinking about this the other day regarding the Fender Cyclone and how the US version was only made for a year (albeit in by the custom shop in 2000).  Even the Mexican and Squier versions have been discontinued (iirc about nine years ago!).  It is one of those models i wish Fender would re-introduce, perhaps with the scale at 24" rather than the 24.75", with matching headstock... :)

An Epiphone Riviera, a proper 60s spec one instead of that P93 thing.

    Ibanez Roadstar II RS315.

I owned several of these many years ago and I would dearly love another.

Always wanted one of them. So I too would want to see that made again.

I'd also like to see the American Deluxe FMT Strats. They were fantastic, quite rare to find one too.

The original 2002 (or thereabouts) spec Gary Moore Les Paul.

Not a production guitar but I tried a guitar at a guitar show years ago by a small builder called James Huxley that was absolutely lovely.  Unfortunately he shut up shop quite a while ago.  I think he was a victim of the economics of guitar building.  When I googled him I think he'd become an architect.

Fender/Squier Electric XII. I've been badgering Squier for quite some time about it!
On a thread about the new Cribs Squiers over at OSG, one of the Cribs guys mentioned that there might be some interesting news from Squier for XII fans.
My wife asked me to stop singing Wonderwall.

If Fender could bring back the 1st year Jeff Beck sig with the massive neck, that would be grand.

I endorse that - The Studio Custom in particular

If I had to pick open I'd say the original Strat Plus models

The Ibanez Roadstar & Pro Line's. But also I'd like to be put in charge of Yamaha's guitar division & bring in the SG1300t with a Floyd Trem, or a Gotoh 510 & a P90 in the neck & humbucker in the bridge. I'm convinced Yamaha actually employ a person, who wants them to sell less guitars. Given the huge gaps in their range.

I'd like to see 'proper' reissues for Epiphone's Wilshire, Coronet, Crestwood & Olympic electric guitars.

There are a few Harmony, Supro and Valco guitars I'd like to see reissued but there's little chance of it.

Also the Fender BOTTOM MASTER.  Which is the greatest named guitar ever.

    Ovation breadwinner.
so if you fancy a reissue of a guitar they never made in a colour they never used then it probably isn't too overpriced.

Ah good call, I'd add to that the Ovation GP as well.  They'd sell a ton of them too!

Some others would be a Guild F-312, a 'normal' Martin OM-18, 12 fret 00-21 as well, the latter being one of their longest running models.

A well made affordable repro of a Larson Bros Euphonon Small Jumbo would be great as well.  No chance of that happening though!
