I'd love to see Steinberger brought back: Composite 1 piece neck & body, EMGs with TransTrem.
I have an original GM model and I wish I could buy an affordable back up.
Once one gets over the polarising aesthetics, they really are brilliant instruments.

  • Fender Esquire. I know it's easy enough to build yer own, but it seems a strange omission from their range.

Howard Roberts Custom and Epiphone Recording model. Fender gave up far too easily on the recent USA Guild electrics too.

Fender no longer own Guild, Cordoba do now.  They've brought back a pretty funky model now; the S-200

Oh, and a Fender Custom/Maverick and Bass V. I suspect I'd be one of maybe two people who'd want one!
My wife asked me to stop singing Wonderwall.
    I said maybe.....

    Danelectro Longhorn Bass 6.

    Noise, randomness, ballistic uncertainty.

As has previously been said the first year Jeff Beck sig Strats with the hooj necks.
But also the MIJ HRR 50s & 60s Strats with the Floyd Roses.
And also the Hamer T-62 & Diablo
And the Samick Blues Saraceno sig with the fat necks (again)

A regular factory build Gibson Les Paul Junior, with original specs, no new innovations just a regular Jr that isn't a £2K custom shop job.

    I'd like none re-introduced.

There is far too much choice around nowadays as it is.

    Fender Esprit Ultra
    Hamer Talladega

...and it is by no way of a coincidence that these are four guitars I've already narrowly missed-out on owning. :(
Not much of the gear, even less idea.
