Can you recommend an all-in-one multi-fx pedal that can do
- Verbs
- Delays
- Shimmer

The one I have in mind is Eventide H9, don't know if there's any other out there available
With Midi possibly..

thanks!

Neunaber slate with EXP (no midi) depending on what you need.

    Zoom MS70CDR

Any Neunaber stereo pedal + ExP controller

Although if you can afford one, the H9 is likely to be more flexible than either, and neither will do MIDI without some serious jiggery-pokery. (IIRC somebody here was working on a MIDI-via-USB controller for the Zoom)

I presume you're not talking about rack stuff or full-scale multi-effects boxes that do everything since there are tons of those...

Don't talk politics and don't throw stones. Your royal highnesses.

keep in mind that H9 is generally one effect at a time.
0reaction image LOL 0reaction image Wow! 0reaction image Wisdom
  • @Teetonetal Though many of the algorithms incorporate more than one effects, e.g. Modechoverb, SpaceTime, Spring reverb has a tremolo.

I can't recommend the H9 enough, tt sounds unbelievable. If you can stretch to it cash-wise, get the Max, which means you have access to all present and future algorithms.

I was convinced H9 can run 2 in parallel? or is this only the MAX version?
0reaction image LOL 0reaction image Wow! 0reaction image Wisdom
  • No, all of the algorithms are the same, whether you buy the Max or buy an algorithm for the H9 or H9 Core.

It can't run two algorithms in parallel, but some algorithms incorporate a delay/reverb, mod/reverb/delay, etc. in one.

Zoom Multistomp MS-70CDR .  probably ideal if you want a compact pedal.

maybe even the really cheap Zoom G1on

Yup, the Zoom multi-stomps are a bargain. the 70CDR or the MS100-bt are the ones for the sounds you've specified.

Much as I love my MS70CDR, I can't help but be a bit underwhelmed by the shimmer.

You can make your own though right by having a pitch shifter / chorus after a delay with a touch of reverb after that??

    And what about without shimmer?

Say at least delay & verbs but with Midi?
