There are now demo videos of the Runt 20 and 50 on Sweetwater website.  Not very impressive though...

Agree that doesn't sound all that in that demo

Pete Thorns BE-OD pedal demo sounds much better

It certainly hasn't got the grunt of the PT20. Lets hope it's just a bad demo.

The Runt 20 or the MiniDS? That's the question... It seems to me that the Runt 20 could be more versatile and made to sound very close to the Mini DS. It's a pity that the guitarist playing the demos chose an open tuning because that sounds always flattering and I would have prefered a standard tuning.

They sound quite mushy to me and the PT20 videos and Mini DS sound far better

I really liked the proper one just had something about it and cleaned up off the volume pot great,  Im not a fan of el84 based amps but the mini ds did sound great
