Also don't email from a hotmail account. Cheap and accessible to all, it's practically the behringer of emails! You want to be looking at a Klon standard email account before you get any sort of response

Once I got a particular persons email address I get replies. However, it's when I use their website's contact form I get nothing and always have. I don't use a hotmail account either
