Well, not really, but they have just trademarked 'should've' and 'shouldve'' meaning that no-one else can use either phrase in their marketing.
I play guitar because I enjoy it rather than because I’m any good at it

Missed a trick because in a couple of years the phrase is going to officials be "should of"

Same thing with Squier. It's trademarked, which is why you see everyone write Squire/Sqire/Squre/Sqwiya

But only relating to beer, whereas Specsavers seem to be trying to trademark the use of "should've" on any printed matter.

Aye, such shit ads that everyone instantly knows what the phrase is when someone puts a portion of it on a guitar forum a decade after it started....

    Cant comment on the specs.

Heard a copyright lawyer interviewed on the radio about this earlier. She seems to think it's possible.

I'm now giving some thought as to which words I'd like to be able to prevent others from using....

Makes sense to me. They're just trying to stop other companies from doing things like "should've bought a so and so".

'Bins' is short for 'binoculars'. A common form of address for speckies when I was in the playground.

'Bin lids' is rhyming slang for kids.

    My trading feedback

is it crazy how saying sentences backwards creates backwards sentences saying how crazy it is?
