Just shows that God is on the side of the big battalions. When we tried to trademark the title of our magazine, Practical Performance Car, we were told that as they were ordinary words in common usage, we couldn't.

Should've used Supersavers' lawyers.

Posh Spice tried to TM "Posh" to stop Peterborough FC from using The Posh, something they've been known as for donkeys years, which was ridiculous (she thankfully failed).

I don't mind things like this though, the only way they'll ever use the TM is if a big company started to use "Should have bought a BMW" or whatever. 

Which after spending ding all that cash on a succesful ad campaign, I don't blame them for wanting to protect it.
