You must be getting a ton of emails for the built in mail app to be of no use to you.
I I click the mail app all my inboxes are listed separately, I open a mail and have my work email set as default for replies. I know to change this when sending to friends etc, job done and for free.
I can easily get 200 work emails in a day. My job is crazy stressful so I want whatever separation I can get when I'm not actively working! I also have some extremely sensitive clients so sending anything from a personal account by mistake would be very very bad.
Maybe I'm overthinking it, but the whole point of this is I don't want to have to think at all - just click the work app or the personal app and don't worry about it.
Outlook seems excellent so far, so I'm probably sorted
