    I'm most intrigued. Didn't you say there was an element of Kinesiology involved? Isn't that some sort of alternative muscle testing to isolate weaknesses/tensions?

    Yes, in addition to doing general Pilates classes I have some tailored exercises that I do every 2nd day that the Kinesiologist gave me.
    She spent a couple of hours with me observing my movement, diagnosed the problem and the exercises address those postural issues.
