Coincidently, I changed my BT password on Tuesday, but am going to change it again.

The passwords were stolen in 2014, but only went for up for sale two months ago.  Yahoo only announced yesterday that they were hacked so people don't know if Yahoo knew about it from 2014, and decided to keep quiet, or if they only found out about it when the passwords went for sale.

I assumed it was all a publicity stunt by yahoo to remind the internet that it was still around, and to prompt people to log back into their accounts for the first time since 2014, just to change their passwords.
