Hardcore Monster Munch fan here. I even remember the Salt and Vinegar Monster Munch.

I've spent most of my life being a pickled onion devotee, however, in recent years I've come to understand (and embrace) that roast beef are the best.

Roast Beef MM with a pint of beer. ahhh....

Finally tried the Cheese, Cucumber & Salad Cream Flavour from Walkers.

I think I'm the only person who loves them to bits.

I like them too, and they actually taste like cheese, cucumber and salad cream.

    I mostly buy these though

These days it's Salt 'n' Shake - I can put my own salt on!

I always liked Tudor crisps - "A canny bag of Tudor", not sure they're available throughout the country, they might just be available in the North East only.

I remember the very first SnV from Smiths in 60s. They were to die for for an 8 year old and quite expensive at 6d a bag. BUT M&S did the best S&V a little later - they were so powerfully acidic they made your ears ache!

But though, here is a selection of early 70s bags...

wis-ed. They were blowing them out for £1 a packet last weekend. Nom. If my wife were dead she'd be turning in her grave though :-) , she's sick of the whole Mexican-Spanish mash-up which you see a lot of in the UK.

I would love to change my username, but I fully understand the T&C's (it was an old band nickname). So please feel free to call me Dave.

I really miss Smiths Bovril flavour. They were a rare beast but worth looking for.

I can't help about the shape I'm in, I can't sing I ain't pretty and my legs are thin

But don't ask me what I think of you, I might not give the answer that you want me to
