I was going to say it does not sound anything special, but i give it some benefit of the doubt as it is through a phone in a loud space.  

What i am thinking is why....especially if you are a J20 owner with a VAC.  And tbh, 10w is not that much quieter than the 18w J20 anyway.

Maybe the 10 is better behaved with the VAC? Dunno, will be interesting to hear some higher quality clips...

Got to say I'm with you there Paul....however, the Lazy J's only have a finite amount of turd polishing built in...did anyone check if it had all of its original knobs on it at the end of the day?? ;-)

I doubt it'll go into production, it's probably a prototype or custom build. Not my cup of tea but I'm sure it'll have its buyers

Look, if you want to crack jokes about the comic juxtapostion between watts and waiting lists, then you've got to accept that watts are logarithmic, not linear.

I think that's decibels - but given the sound of it, I'd imagine the waiting list will be VERY short indeed....

I'm not sure what market it's being aimed at - unless it'll be considerably cheaper than the J20? - as the 20 with VAC will dial down to around 5w and all places in between. Colour me puzzled.

I disagree.

Jesse has a record of creating huge demand for his product and the J10 will be no exception. It'll still be a 20+ week wait and the Lazy J enthusiasts will be lining up like Apple fan-boys on iPhone launch day.

In terms of the sound, ANY amp will sound shit when recorded in a noisy exhibition hall with a mobile phone, so take that demo as it is.

Agreed, I was in the hall. It sounded great, and it certainly wasn't too quiet at all. Nice mids boost function too

It will. Whatever you order you get added to the back of the list and have to wait it out from there.
