  • It can have the opposite effect as well, when you discover your beloved DD-3 doesn't work in a loop cos it can't cope with the level, not a good day...

Cause you play an offset? :-p
The Bigsby was the first successful design of what is now called a whammy bar or tremolo arm, although vibrato is the technically correct term for the musical effect it produces. In standard usage, tremolo is a rapid fluctuation of the volume of a note, while vibrato is a fluctuation in pitch. The origin of this nonstandard usage of the term by electric guitarists is attributed to Leo Fender, who also used the term “vibrato” to refer to what is really a tremolo effect.

So what you're saying is: I have to buy another delay.

Yes and i used to have the Digitech Obscura Altered Delay, it's a stunning pedal isn't it ?
With the Polara Reverb it was immense.

That the combo I'm using: I just love the Plate sim on the Polara.  Downside is I'm now dreaming of a real tape echo unit and a DIY plate!

  • Yes. Even better when combined with the Cathedral Toneprint for the TC Hall of Fame.
