Why is it that after the honeymoon period where you post on a forum about how great your nee guitar is, that within 6 months you are trawling Coda, World Guitars, Guitars4You, Peach etc. and watching videos on Youtube, lusting after some other guitar as the one(s) you have aren't quite right or as good as that new one you want?

it's a modern fast appetite consumerism disease that leaves us always wanting more, differenet and better.

I should hang my head in shame I feel sometimes. I have guitars my friends would kill to have and that they would need to save a long time for and I have em for a few weeks and think ner this don't make me play better I'd better buy something more expensive or rarer or whatever ever other criteria I can think of on the day. 

I should just just practice more and be happy I can afford the guitars I want.
