Yup.

I think what you want to do is set by your notification preferences rather than by the bookmarked threads option.

If I'm right, it's an all-in or all-out situation.  IE, you either get notifications for *all* threads that you've ever commented on, or *none* of them.

Sorry, limitation of Vanilla.
