In my yoof I went at it quite hard burning the candle both ends and said every day past 30 would be a bonus. Well in 2 years time I'll have had 30 bonus years. These days I've quite the fags although some damage is already done, cut down on the booze and taken to growing and eating healthier foods. I'm not anal about my consumption but try to avoid too much takeaway and cheap pub grub stuff. I definatly feel my age and have some issues from life choices I made but plan to go on for some time yet.
With age comes wisdom, so go out now and enjoy life while you can and while you still know everything.

Well I'm over 50 and the fittest I've been in some time. Running times improving, lost half a stone in weight, most of my trousers are too loose. All good except eyesight which started going 3 years ago - darned annoying.
