I hope not. It's better as a mini series imho. I would mind Netflix doing yet another tv show in that climate but I don't think 2nd series of OA would be a good idea.
Btw - "Stranger Things" was a better show overall in my opinion (as for OA being sci-fi of the year).

Since it's a No Spoiler thread I'll just say that I know what you're getting at, hence saying I'm not sure what direction it'll take... with the way it ends I'm not sure the answers could be as good as the questions. But I like to know answers!

Just finished watching this tonight.

Wow.  Absolutely loved it.

I really enjoyed Stranger Things, but as far as I'm concerned this was on an entirely different level.  Almost hoping this doesn't make it to a second series, as the drive to try and resolve everything going on in The OA would probably be to it's detriment.  Its weird inscrutability and oddness is what makes it work so well.

Just finished episode 6 of The OA.  Excellent, just excellent.  

Prior to this, I 'tried' to watch Sense8.  What I tter purile cr@p that was. The internet has lots of websites for mucky videos (to which I am no stranger), but I don't want 30 mins of it in every episode of a TV show.  Same formula every episode, 'alternative sexuality' sex scenes for half the episode.  Random whistful staring into distance over mournfully music. Poor character development, plot goes nowhere - the end. 

The OA is in another class, on another level.  

Also loved Stranger Things, but I think The OA just has the edge. 

What else is is worth watching?  I only recently got into Netflix TV series, as there are never any good films to watch on it!!!!

I loved the OA. I've also watched Narcos - very very good, Ascension - very good, and 3% - good.

3% has been my favourite. Don't watch it dubbed, watch it in Portuguese with English subtitles.

I would put Stranger Things in with 3% for me, or actually probably below.

I'm on Breaking Bad now. I watched some of season 1 a few years ago on Lovefilm, so I started from the beginning again.

Still havent got round the tge OA yet, looking forward to it. Half way through S1 of fortitude though which is most excellent! Watching Taboo too wich im loving.

All of these are worth recommendation. 
Also - Boardwalk Empire, 6 feet under, The Sopranos... classics
