Just sounds incredible as a boost or delicious fuzz with the gain higher up. The selectable frequencies are well chosen - you can select what frequency to boost which makes it a godsend if you are gigging with different guitars.

i've also used it to great effect on synths and even on the drum bus when mixing.

i also have the 'ball buster' and 'Afro fuzz', the Afro fuzz is my main fuzz pedal.

I don't see many Boss SL20s on boards. It's great fun and works pretty well for electronica stuff. Annoying that you can't save edits, though.

Ive actually just ordered the 'Freakenstein Dwarf' version of this. 
Been contemplating it for a while, and tried a few other fuzz's, but none are nasty enough.
Hopefully this one is as deranged as i think it is.

I have a couple of custom builds, which I won't count.

I used to rock the dod chorus, sounds as good as any. A harp player I played with used a ds2, I tried it with guitar but didn't like it much.

These are all fairly rare nowadays except the tuner. I picked them all up about 10 years ago and cost me £550 for all of them.
