    Damn - I had forgotten this thread.  @RobDavies - they might still be around, or they might have been binned.  The room is mid-decoration atm, so I'll look for them at the weekend and they're yours if they're still around.

    @monofin - I also forgot to get the DVD mailed at the weekend.
