Honestly, you feel invaded.

AS a student, we were burgled 4 times, and the final time, when I was in bed with my girlfriend. It is a horrible experience, but was pretty scary the last time, when I was in. I chased them off, and to be honest I was that scared and angry, I would probably have beaten them senseless if I had caught one. Or, I'd have been battered.

I would think that it happeining to you when you are "grown up", in a home you have built with loved ones is all the more upsetting.

All down to the actions of a few druggy skanks as well, probably.
