And, obviously - happy birthday. It’s not going to be a normal one for obvious reasons, but I hope you have a good day, whatever that means right now.

Aw I came downstairs after a good sleep in an actual bed while the Marie Curie carer stayed with Sheena overnight.. and when I came in she beckoned me over and sung happy birthday to me, even though she's confused and otherwise "talking gibberish" - she didn't forget!

Aw, she told me to open her file box to get my card and she's done us all birthday and Christmas cards for 5 years... The one behind my birthday card says " to my darling Thomas on our first Christmas together"

Aw she wrote the card thinking she wouldn't be here, telling me to kiss her goodnight and hug her pillow. Well, she made it! She hand painted a little plaque with our saying and a little "soul mates" book in which she has added some lines and underscored others, making it personal. Lovely!!

I'm very pleased, as all of us are, that Sheena made it through to your Birthday.

What a shame, she's says now she's seen my birthday she wants to go now, she's had enough, she just wants to go to heaven. I don't mean to put a downer on things but I knew it, I knew she was waiting for my birthday .. always looking out for others. I'll pop back in later and maybe post a wee photo or two.

Right, last thing for now! I said that Sheena making it to my birthday is her last great gift and she said "it is better to give than receive" - something you all know about as you helped us to our last trip to Disney. You are all practically family, too - else I wouldn't write so much about all of this here!
