I liked it

GOOD:
- Time of year - not too soon after Christmas, but before the weather improves and everyone makes other plans.
- Central UK location (I've given-up going to London).
- Decent selection of manufacturers and retailers, large and independent.
- Friendly atmosphere.
- Very fair gear prices.
- Good curry and I didn't think the queues were too bad this year. Decent value, too.
- Quiet times.
- Meeting-up with fellow FretBoarders!

BAD:
- Sending EVERYONE upstairs to the acoustic hall, because the main hall hadn't opened yet.
- Noisy times.
- Some more prominent floorplan and stage itinerary posters would be good.
- +1 for the higher stage.
- +1 for coffees and snacks from early-on.
- IMO don't do the 'early bird' thing. It starts a whole 'them-and-us' vibe like you get at gigs these days, where those who pay for VIP tickets are held-up as 'more of a real fan' than everyone else.

Sorry I've just skimmed and not read all the posts but a big thanks to Jason from myself, Andrew and Elaine. We all really enjoyed the show and look forward to next years. Thanks to everyone who stopped by and said hello too!
