Like others have said, don't ignore pain like that. At least you phoned 111.

I've been there before, had a bad belly and a fever and ignored it for a few days, decided to see doctor in the end and he sent me straight to a&e where I ended up having a major op, else I wouldn't be alive now to type this up.

I had what was later described as a 'grumbling appendix', it sounds similar to what you have described. I didn't do anything about it until one Friday when the pain got really bad. I went to A&E, was eventually admitted, and my appendix was gangrenous and was removed the next day.

The surgeon called me the 'miracle man' afterwards, I asked why but he didn't want to elaborate. Not sure what happened during the op.

Anyway, if it gets any worse, please do go to A&E.

It sounds like you have athlete's foot. I'd buy some of those suppositories that you stick in your ear and then eat some bacon. It worked when I had a broken finger.
