I shall have to find a schematic of a Blackstar LT pedal as I am not sure if they use FETs in the feedback amps. I know they use them in some of the HT amp designs. The "metal" range comes to mind.
All the range use FET input op amps (but LTs have moved on from the venerable TLs!) and FETs for signal switching but in the latter case they will not contribute Jack to the sound.

Those which work like a TS and use FETs for clipping and others like the Bogner or Sansamp which try and use multiple FET gain stages to simulate an amp.
