Twisted Imaginings - A Horror And Gore Themed Blog http://bit.ly/2DF1NYi
My YouTube Channel
They need to get on with releasing paid ad free yt in the UK.
Let's face it, there's not a great deal of watchable, professional content on YouTube worth paying for.
I watch more Youtube than I do regular TV.
I watch loads of music and guitar related stuff.
I also watch loads of tech conferences like Strange Loop, Goto, etc. You can pay thousands to go to these things, but it's all up on the web for nothing.
Dave Nunez tech teardowns are awesome.
Some silly stuff like photonicinduction, hydraulic press channel ,big clive, colin furze, slo mo guys.
Some old documentaries. You can find a load of the old Adam Curtis docs on there.
We watch loads of Disney park videos and how it's made videos with the kids. Also for lots of older cartoons you can find whole series on there in good quality.
I'm finding it quite hard to remain a fan as good videos are split by ads and in the recommended bar it's usually high click through clickbait shit.
I don't like the idea of Adblock because most of the YT content I watch takes a lot of skill/effort to produce, doesn't sit well with me personally to then use Adblock. I'd happily pay a couple of quid a month for ad free though
Same here. I watch videos that have better, more impartial information on a range of topics that are produced well despite being filmed on relatively amateur equipment. They put some commercial TV to shame frankly.
Content creators work really, really hard every day to generate revenue.
But I still like it. A lot.
Best £35 I spent this year. (should have waited for the Black Friday deal. )
