I got some nice cycling gear for Christmas though, so looking forward to using it.
I could stand to lose another 7-8lbs, which I aim to do by April time.
If you cycle 100 miles a week that's an extra 6000 calories you use, which is quite a lot.
I might go for a run tomorrow!
I see no point in having lost 4 stone, putting any of it back on for the sake of convention...
I will no gain several lbs…
but they should all be gone by the end of Jan
I cycled 30 miles this afternoon, I'll try to get another 20 in tomorrow morning.
I reckon 2lbs is roughly 200 miles of road cycling for me.
I'm down to a healthier twelve and a half stone through using a pedometer and cutting back on junk food.
2017 will see me doing some strengthening exercises in my plan to not resemble a middle-aged baldy fat bloke
