Not a massive fan of the click-to-get-a-loading-page thing, but the site's fast enough to just about get away with it. Aside from that, all looks good
Other than that, the overall feel of the site lacks 'identity' and for me the articles are too close to the left hand margin. Also when you scroll down, I feel that the 'home, guitar, bass...' links could be better placed or contained in a box.
The content is ace though!
Looks great to me!
I have no experience with website design at all but if it was website and I could change one thing I might make the logo and 'Gear News' name a bit bigger? It doesn't seem obvious or stand out that it's the front page to me.
Galaxy s5 android 6.0.1 native and chrome browser...
And, having thought about it, I'd suggest making that top menu bar a 'floater' that stays at the top of the screen... because you have one of those forever loading pages, the further you go down, the further you have to scroll up to get back to the menu bar.
I know there's a menu on the right of the screen, but it's easily missed and doesn't have the search link.
At the moment as you scroll down, there's no indication what site you're on. Having the menu bar float the the top of the screen will help that.
