I've always liked Gibbons. I love watching the effortless way that they swing around. I have a history of annoying my family at zoos by hanging around the Gibbons for a lot longer than anyone else cares to.

I like all animals but my least favourite are cats and killer whales - they look nice but they're just evil bastards really.

Doggies are my favourite to befriend and cuddle, chickens are my favourite to eat.

I'd love to do that too.

The closest I've got is diving in a shark tank in a sea life centre. They were sand tiger sharks, but it's unbelievable how impressive they are when they swim over you.

I was once spat at by an alpaca which was properly unpleasant, rather like being showered in diarrhoea. The national alpaca show is on in Telford in a couple of weeks and I'm thinking of going to face my fears.
However, apart from liking dogs I did once sponsor an aardvark (and they have a cool name) so I'll say the aardvark as my favourite.

Dogs are my favourite but if we are talking wild animals it will always be the Panda.

I HATE Pandas! A bear that eats grass & is reluctant to breed is the poster child of the biggest conservation organisation. Perfect. Why is it the logo? Because it's furry & charismatic?- well yes, but also because it's black & white: cheaper printing & looks good on greyscale print jobs. If it were brown it wouldn't have got the gig (and ensuing attention).

Ants for me Leaf cutter ants in particular. I used to have 10 colonies of them in my old lab. Brilliant things.
I keep meaning to get another tattoo- a trail of Acromyrmex carrying leaves up my arm.
