Super bastard box of loud was given to me by a work mate. It's basically 2 stackable fuzzes in one box with a glitch switch for some really horrible gated sounds. Apparently it has 9 gain stages and has been known to damage amps.
Mini board & mini amp for travel/practice.
I know some like my rig updates and some LOL at them....
So some of you are lucky and some of you haven't been so lucky.....
Here's the latest
IN: Roger Mayer Voodoo Vibe (and how good is that)
ThorpyFX Veteran (the best fuzz I have ever heard
Lazy J20
Princeton
Out:
G2
Blackcat
Note- I spent hours trying to work out where the vibe should go- answer, before dirt. It knocks any other vibe into the ocean, believe me.

> Can I have a few of those orange Tortex you've got there? I'm down to 1,997 in my stable and feeling a little anxious.
> Tube Driver rocks. Such a fine device. I called him once to ask his opinion of the Real Tube rack vs floor stomp. He preferred the latter. Still got it.
> I take it that the Black Cat dropped was the Vibe. Never heard the Voodoo live but the Cat's really nice. Voodoo must be serious.
> Got a few in there I've never heard of but, all and all, that's a beautiful rig. Nice Strat. What's in that?
LOL!
if you look at the rack below, there's a Pete Cornish Tube Overdrive- thats incredible in that genre.
In another league vibewise.
Strat: 1964 Sonic Blue, refinned neck and refretted.
@vasselmeyer
Here's a thing- blackcat sounded better after.
Voodoovibe is much clearer, much more detailed and works miles better up front.
No idea why, but I always believe in letting your ears do the building

> Tube Driver: Yep. That's why I mentioned the Tube Driver. Excellent (EXCELLENT) pedal. I mentioned Butler because he's the original designer. That's why his name is on the bottom. No knock on Cornish. His stuff speaks for itself. But there was a big flap over that particular pedal for a while.
> Strat: DUDE! Serious gear envy and respect!!
> Totally with you on effects placement. It's all about what you hear.
> Picks: got so many. Tortex I'm actually into the blue lately. Even more into the emerald green V Picks nowadays, though. Nice new find.

I missed it, as my thought process stopped on the large letter "C". I was thinking Chandler on that Tube Driver. Not Cornish. Big mistake on my part and pardons requested. Having a Cornish set up in that Driver must be incredible!
