I've only got one instrumental guitar album which is Natural Timbre by Steve Howe.
To be honest, to say it's a tad tedious would be an understatement.

Thick - Tribal Tech
Reckless Precision - Tuck Andreas
The Antidote - Ronny Jordan
Reminds me of very minor bit of trivia. There was a poster advertising that album on the outside wall of a small shop in Brixton. Somehow they forgot about it, or nobody wanted to use that bit of prime advertising space, and it stayed there for years - I used to go past on the bus and think "the Ronny Jordan poster's still there".
Eventually the frame fell apart and the poster, presumably, slipped to the ground in the back yard. It would be a good story if I could say it happened right around the time he died, but I honestly can't remember.

Message of the Sea - David Russell
Bach - Julian Bream
Aerial Boundaries - Michael Hedges
Orange - Jim Campilongo (if you exclude the 2 songs on it)
and as previously mentioned anything that features the tremendous tone of Kenny Burrell, such as Live at the Village Vanguard.
