Beware the schlagzeughocker though- the 4 legs do get in the way.
They are more stable but 3 leg stool might be better.
I have the one you posted for my gigging kit.

mighty fine.
1. Look for the shops that are doing office clear-outs, they often have dozens of them available at hugely reduced prices
2. For guitarists, I recommend the one without arms...not least because the ones with arms aren't detachable without a Herman Miller engineer doing it(!).
At RRP, at Aeron isn't something I'd ever contemplate buying, but for what I paid I'd have been looking at a mid-upper priced chair in Staples. Given the hours I've logged in the Aeron (and that was pre-pandemic working at home for a year) I've zero regrets.

Has anyone ever tried something similar?
Otherwise I'll go for the DW. I just found one new for 220 euros.
We used these in the studio, simply because they are comfortable and with no moving parts or bolts are completely silent when recording acoustic instruments. They are breakfast bar stools ... I still have them now

It's fully adjustable for height, seat depth and you can even refit the lower deck as a foot rest if you want. None of my kids need it any more so it's ended up being used for what it was clearly always intended for .
