All the cities You've mentioned above are generally worth taking a tour of.
All have a beautiful city squares with a numbers of restaurants to choose from. The squares are usually surrounded by one of the oldest architecture so You can take it from there. Soviet structures though are only the post-war ones so the there's far more interesting architecture objects to see (bear in mind that Warsaw, poznan, Wrocław - they suffered nearly total destruction during WWII).
People are nice, food is great and you'll have a great time I'm sure.
