    Oddly enough before starting this Discussion I did know that Cinnamon Girl is in double drop D,just wasn't quite what I was after. I have looked at all the suggestions that are in the ball park though and also realised that Blue on Black ( Kenny Wayne Shepherd) is supposed to be drop D but I was playing it without and that's in the band repertoire anyway. :o3
    Tipton is a small fishing village in the borough of Sandwell.

    I think the Kenny Wayne Shepherd lead part is in drop D but the acoustic part is played in standard.

    Yeah I've seen it transcribed in drop D but it sounds just fine in standard tuning.
