Doesnt really bring me to tears but pretty close. If I listen to this it always puts me in a reflective mood.

I don't know if you remember Drive by The Cars being used at Live Aid?
I watched Live Aid on the telly and a couple of days later I was driving and Drive came on the radio. I had to pull over because I was crying so much. I've pretty much had to avoid it since.
Otherwise almost anything off Harvest by Neil Young (I got into it during a particularly miserable part of my teens) or anything by the Travelling Wilburys (association with my late brother).

Is there a certain song that gets you reaching for the Kleenex? (Steady now) I can think of 3....well 2 in childhood. Firstly it was Puff the Magic Dragon, closely followed by Two little boys by Rolf or inmate 556431 as he is now referred to.

But as an Adult there is only one song...David Gray's 'Shine' I don't know why, but there it is....What's yours?

We had Two Little Boys at my father's funeral ( my mother's choice, wasn't a song I associated with him) so whilst it doesn't reduce me to tears I do find it uncomfortable now as if Rolf has betrayed my father's memory.

The Love Theme, from Cinema Paradiso.  It's too long a story, but I fill up every time.

Not tears, but I remember feeling my throat physically tighten the first time I heard this, and it still hits me hard

This song really resonates with me. Saw them live in Manchester a few years ago on the reunion tour and ended up blubbing in the balcony half way through this.

This one can't half jerk a tear.

Johnny Mathis singing his version live on a chat show. He is out of key with the band at first, showing how unrehearsed it is. He takes a breath at 1.53 then sings without breathing again for 17 seconds. Not many folks can do that when singing live...
