    I follow WeightWatchers for six days out of seven.   

    Always have porridge for breakfast, avoid processed carbs/sugar as much as possible and have high protein meals for dinner.  The seventh day is usually a football day so will involve alcohol and some form of takeaway in the evening. 

    I do three, one hour cardio sessions in the gym every week. 

    Im still a fatty with a high BMI, but have a resting heart rate of 59,  LDL cholesterol of 2.0 and blood pressure of 117 over 80.  

    Which hopefully means im not likely to drop down dead at any time soon.  ISIS, permitting.
