Yep, City are by far the best team in England. If we can finish second to them (or even third) I will still be happy. Just need to hope we can close the gap over the next few years, but it is going to be difficult. Pogba could have made some difference but even with Pogba in, they have more quality over the park as much as it pains me to say it.

If they have 1st sown up, lets hope the race for 2nd, 3rd, 4th is exciting!

  • WTF....

Palace scored 3 away from home, including a Benteke one?

    Ok I'm obviously drunk

I just can't see Spurs replicating recent success without some late signings..  lack of substantial squad depth has kept the title from us in my opinion. I fear we peaked last year...  I hope I'm proven wrong.

But, even with my slightly biased perspective, I can't see it happening either.
Never work with children or animals. The Spuds are both. I long for the day Sp*rs get relegated.  :o

But I also hope Citeh implode, Moaner gets banned to the stands for a good few games, Burnley to edge out the scousers for a champs league place, and Conte to come good in the second half of the season.

But Burnley? Who'd have thunk it?

City are frightening at the moment.
They've done that before though - been incredible for a run of games, and then just faded away.

    Hmm. :D

Easy when you know how. Spending hundreds of millions on the bench and conducting shady business with the anti-dopong authorities certainly helps. But then again it is guardiola, not much he doesn't know about doping.

    Congrats City!

No idea how United beat them last week, but last to WBA today. We are the most inconsistent team in the world.  Waste of 2 hours!

    Indeed.

And to Arsenal, for avoiding the much-predicted relegation.

From the Division, if not the top 6.
    :D

    Spurs fan here.

    Can't bet against Jose, unfortunately.  So, I'll go with;

    1 ManU
    2 ManC
    3 Chelski
    4 Spurs
    5 Liverpool
    6 Everton

    Relegated
Huddersfield (wtf are they doing in the Prem league???)
    Brighton (unfortunately)
    Arsenal

Which is why I don't go to the bookies.
Having trouble posting images here?  This might help.

Is it too late to predict that West Brom will get relegated?

Technically it’s possible they won’t and after today it seems almost believable.
Although really I’d only like them to stay up so the newly resplendent Wolves could beat them.

You're interested in football now eh? @EricTheWeary ;) - I'm inclined to agree you'd whup us into next week any day of the week though.

Oh very much a fair weather fan these days, but it is sunny in Wolverhampton at the moment

I'd much rather see the Baggies still up there and with the Villa possibly going up as well next season could have been some really good local darbies.
