I agree soooo much.  T2 is fucking boring in places, whereas The Terminator is perfectly paced and is brilliantly efficient in its storytelling.

I’ve just been to see and will say nothing. However, for those going to the late viewings, make sure you’ve had a good kip and/or plenty of coffee beforehand. It’s a LONG film and feels it.

There are a worrying number of noisy teenagers in. I’ll be walking out & demanding a refund if they’re flipping rowdy during the film!!

Brilliant! Very much not kersplosions etc and gives me the same sense of ennui as the first one but it’s definitely a great bit of cinema. 

Though half the emiratis watching at the start walked out by the half way mark. I think they were hoping for more kersplosions...

Sorry, couldn't help it. It was bloody brilliant!
Soundtrack is great, the visuals are simply stunning and the acting is superb. Kind of expected Gosling to be good but Ford really surprised me, very understated but powerful. 
Theres lots I want to talk about but will keep schtum for now.
