  • I'd be willing to sell a 7 string for 50 quid if it's getting someone started
    The Bigsby was the first successful design of what is now called a whammy bar or tremolo arm, although vibrato is the technically correct term for the musical effect it produces. In standard usage, tremolo is a rapid fluctuation of the volume of a note, while vibrato is a fluctuation in pitch. The origin of this nonstandard usage of the term by electric guitarists is attributed to Leo Fender, who also used the term “vibrato” to refer to what is really a tremolo effect.

  • @alexmitchell17 that’s a nice epi I would buy it myself but it’s just over budget of what I have left in the GAS tank. 

    @meltedbuzzbox I can pass on the details of the 7 string to the kid, see if he is interested, to be fair he has come on leaps and bounds in just a couple of months so maybe he will be interested in an extra string
