Here's my latest revision, it should be everything I need, I can't envisage any changes in the next few months due to all my money going into a new car.

Here is mine. Just moved it all around (yet again) hence cruddy temporary patch cables ....need to make up some new George L's.

The big tweed box is my Valvetrain Springthing reverb tank. I like to get my surf on.

YAAAASSSS YA BEAUTEH! It all fits! Added a Brigadier, eventually the ExP will arrive, but put it all on a PT Metro 24, job done. Sounds immense:

Finally got around to putting this back together now I've got a power supply that doesn't hum like a sweaty armpit:

Might take the remote switch off the DS2 so I can squeeze another drive on the top row & the FB2 is only there for the feedback mode so that might make way for a reverb. 

Other than that I need to fill the hole with a multi-mod pedal, maybe an Empress Nebulus but more likely a M5.

Annnnnnnnnnd relax.

This is it now, i have a MXR Smart Gate on top of the amp which the board goes into and getting a SHO clone for the fx loop in the next few days.

Stripped back somewhat from my previous board, it's a bit cloney but i like it, especially the RAT clone, the Small Stone phaser and the Ibanez DE-7 delay together.

The RAT clone, small stone, de-7 delay and Zoom MS-50 are in loop 1

The TC Alter Ego and the Zoom MS100BT are in loop 2

With the Hardwire tuner, Caline Orange Burst, TC Ditto, Muza square wave trem and BBE Sonic Stomp in the normal chain (blue box is the double looper) 

Edit - 2 days later and it has already changed with the TC Ditto now going into a delay and reverb, the Sonic Stomp up on the amp with the Smart Gate (as it is always on) and a SHO clone where the Sonic Stomp was.

Those aren't the stage settings - though they're pretty close . The Fuzzolo into the Karma Suture is great combination.

did a bit of reshuffle and set up for dual amp set up...the Ritual fuzz and the Orange footswitch will be tricky...as i have to hit both at the same time to take both amps from clean to dirty. The only other complication is that i will need to run the second line in/out of the looper to the effects loop of my orange, so i get the looped signal going to both amps...

Just received my Cioks DC10 tonight...but realised i don't have the right drill bit for mounting it to pedalboard...so will have to wire it over the weekend.
