Pizza Express is ok. Prezzo's, not so good.

I've always found the Prezzo in Woodbridge to be excellent.

Probably true of McDonalds because everything is so programmed, but in something like a Cafe Rouge or a Prezzo it's going to be largely dependent on the skill of the individual chef. 

Nothing a franchise can do is going to make a chef able to to cook a decent steak.
