Like the blog author says, if the technology eventually trickles down to the MiM price bracket, interest will increase.

  • I really like them. I like the way they've kept the Tele' shape by insetting the paintwork and i love the fret board wood.

    It’s new. It’s different. It’s innovative.

So the progressives of the guitar world will pillory them for it :D

I don’t get it, neither a tele or an acoustic, jack of all master of none and all that.

Mind you I rather like it in Seafoam green, for some reason.

Haven't they done this before with a telesonic and stratocoustic or something?
    They were utterly terrible

Hence, ideal for a Rock band lead vocalist who needs to play rhythm guitar on a few songs in the band’s live set.

    That is ungodly
I would love to change my username, but I fully understand the T&C's (it was an old band nickname). So please feel free to call me Dave.

Problem is these days I wouldn't get a good price on trade in for my old diesel  Telecaster.

I see they've reversed the Tele switch/knob layout.  Just wrong to me...

It kind of looks like someone ate two guitars and this is what they shat out.

It's a thinline tele with the hole in a different place and a comfort cut.
I like the green one quite a bit. Nice to see something different although I can't see myself every buying one.

Nothing in this world seems new:

If I'm honest it was lightweight, very easy to play and did that acoustic strummy thing in a band very well. It was not very good for fingerpicking or delicate sounds, but excelled in that high feedback arena of the tiny pub corner beside marshal stacks.
