Leon Todd did a great video recently with the HX Stomp where he pretty much set it up how I would with a Placater model and 3 snapshots - pushed clean, main rhythm tone and a lead. All within the 6 blocks so it doesn't have to be complicated like the Jsad method of split crossovers etc. Just about finding a good IR I think.

I actually cant wait to get a HX Stomp now, I never use an amp at home any more. Even yesterday I had the house to myself and still played through modelling on my PC instead of dragging the amp and 'board out. I think I'm kinda starting to prefer the processed "cranked up studio amp" sound to a live amp which 99% of the time is overkill and relies on the room, volume, valves etc all being just right.
