Pretty much the "classic" Khaki, if such a thing exists. 

I'm liking Jomashop very much. A couple of places in Abu Dhabi stock them alongside all the other Swatch-group stuff, but they never have the tasteful Hams; only the huge blingy ones

Interesting to see the modern Hamiltons.

I collect mainly vintage watches and Hamilton bought Buren in the past so that they could get their hands on the micro rotor movements to make incredibly thin autos.

Here's an Intra-Matic of mine.

I think Patek are the only maker who use micro rotors now.

That is the 'crown'- it can be used for scrolling and clicking, it is a bit easier to work with than scrolling on a small touchscreen, although both work.

But as my job involves muddy fieldwork etc so I got this Casio G-Shock GW-056.

I've had it YEARS. It's utterly bulletproof.
Never changed the battery: it's solar.
Never adjusted the time on it: it detects some radio signal or other & sets itself.
It's not fancy, but I love it.

Excellent choice. I've worn mine almost every day for the last year and still love it.

I'm not sure I'd call the Panerai understated - they're HUGE! But very nice looking for their size. Much nicer than a Hublot
