I like a lot of the films already mentioned, so I'll try to add a few which haven't:

Braindead - I wish Peter Jackson would recapture some of the humour of his early films.  Seeing this at the cinema was an absolute blast, more like going to a rock concert.

It's A Gift - WC Fields at (IMO) his best.

Galaxy Quest - not only very funny, also the best Star Trek film ever made.

No one seems to have mentioned The Princess Bride yet

Still Crazy has been mentioned above

Can't make up my mind about a third one.

    2. Jay and Silent Bob Strike back
    3. Happy Gilmore
The Bigsby was the first successful design of what is now called a whammy bar or tremolo arm, although vibrato is the technically correct term for the musical effect it produces. In standard usage, tremolo is a rapid fluctuation of the volume of a note, while vibrato is a fluctuation in pitch. The origin of this nonstandard usage of the term by electric guitarists is attributed to Leo Fender, who also used the term “vibrato” to refer to what is really a tremolo effect.

    All  mentioned before but

    Dodgeball
    Team America
    Galaxy Quest

    In no particular order

The funniest moment in any film IMHO is when the team in Dodgeball have a uniform mix up and have to play in bondage gear.

Not necessarily laugh-out-loud funny, but the comedy films I love most are Jacques Tati's - M Hulot's Holiday, Play Time, Jour de Fete... all of them.  They just make me feel happy.

    Life of Brian.

    The Inbetweeners Movie.

The Music Box. Don't know if this is classed as a film though, it's only about half an hour long. But hilarious.

One of mine which has not yet been mentioned (I think) is 'Local Hero'. Lines like:

Gordon Urquhart: The restaurant opens at eight. Seven in the fishing season... It's not the fishing season.

Agree about Galaxy Quest, Braindead/Peter Jackson.  LOTR really took away the fun from his films (IMO, I'm sure many disagree)

The Frighteners is another film that seems to always be a lot of fun to watch.
